VSG25 apartment is an elegant apartment in a central position for those wishing to stay in Cagliari.
We rent for long weekends throughout the year and for the whole month of July and August. Minimum stay of 2 nights.
It is located in the Villanova district, just 200 meters from the Bastion of Saint Remy.
After renovating in 2018, it can comfortably accommodate two people. White is the true protagonist of this house on two levels and the minimalist design of the furnishings characterize it strongly.
The apartment consists of: living room, kitchen with dining corner, bathroom, staircase to access the sleeping area, bedroom, dressing room, closet and bathroom of generous dimensions. The double bed (165 x 200 cm) is separable, on request, according to the needs of the guests. Check-in can be done at any time, free of charge, as the entrance door is equipped with an opening bluetooth system. We will send by email or sms, after booking, the electronic key that will be used with the app on the phone. The smart TV is equipped with "Google Chromecast" that allows streaming from the device of the host (mobile phone or tablet or PC) to the TV. In the living room the device "Google Home Mini" can give voice information (Italian, English, French, German) about the city such as: restaurants, supermarkets, museums, buses, etc. The stereo system is equipped with a bluetooth device for the diffusion of music from the guest's mobile phone.
The heating is independent with a gas boiler and radiators. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The house is not suitable for children.
