Il Pozzo is located within a lovely agricultural property in a dominating position in the hills 15km from Cefalu'. The property is quiet and sunny: behind there is the Madonie Park and in front the incredible views of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
There are four comfortable apartments in a typical building recently restored and we offer two to our clients: all have independent entrance, wood beam ceilings and rustic furniture. The communal swimming pool (7m x 4m, 1.2m to 2.4m deep) is located at approximately 50 metres from the apartments and is shared also with the owner who lives in a villa nearby.
Facilities: external shower, Satellite TV, baby cot and highchair available on request. Cook and maid service available as an extra. The nearest restaurant is 500m away.
