Villa Cettina is located a few hundred meters from the beach which you can easily reach on foot in just a few minutes and lie on the golden sand and immerse yourself in the crystal clear sea of Mondello.
The villa is an oasis of tranquility just a few steps from Mondello town. Equipped with every comfort has two floors. On the ground floor there is a large and bright living room, with a relaxation area with a large sofa and HD TV, which is joined almost in a single environment to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare lunches and dinners .
Upstairs it consists of three large and bright bedrooms, one of which is double with access to a small terrace with a splendid view of the Gulf of Mondello, furnished with deck chairs, and two with both single beds; there is also a small lounge, which leads to a further terrace, also furnished with comfortable chairs that will allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation, especially during the warm summer evenings.
The house consists of three comfortable bathrooms, two of which have a shower.
Outside, Villa Cettina offers a large space that will allow you to enjoy sunny days, even staying at home, in complete relaxation and away from the chaos of the city, a small covered terrace with a dining table and an outdoor kitchen with stove and barbecue equipped with everything you need to be able to organize large lunches / dinners with your friends.
The house is equipped with WI-FI connection and A / R air conditioning.
About 1 km away you will find a golf course, and nearby some sailing clubs offer sailing, windsurfing and canoeing lessons and sailing boats and rafts for rent.
Finally, the city of Palermo is about 12 km from Mondello, reachable in a few minutes by car, as is Monreale, a village in the province known for its Cathedral with its aisles covered with Byzantine gold mosaics. Palermo Falcone-Borsellino airport is about 19 km away.
