Characteristic 3-storey house in the small medieval village of Biassa, 10 minutes drive from the center of La Spezia with 2 independent entrances. The floors are connected by a small spiral staircase. On the first floor (with entrance) bedroom with double sofa bed and bathroom, on the second floor (with entrance) kitchen and on the third floor bedroom with double bed (composed of two single beds if you need to separate the beds.
The town is an excellent starting point for visiting the Cinque Terre (Riomaggiore 5 km) or for trekking lovers thanks to the various marked trails.
For those who want to move around at night we recommend the use of a car as the public transport service ends around 20:00.
Noteworthy: bell tower functioning with half-hourly striking mechanism.
Like all historic villages it is not possible to arrive by car under the house.
There is a public car park 3 minutes away on foot (with stairs). Possibility to stay in an area closer to the apartment ONLY for baggage loading and unloading operations. The owner is available to help guests.
Heating with an additional cost of € 1 per cubic meter (reading on arrival and departure of the client).
