Incredible studio located in the heart of Santa Ponsa. There are many shops, restaurants, supermarket within walking distance. It is an incredible area to enjoy with the family.
Santa Ponça has two sandy beaches: a large beach 560 meters long and a somewhat smaller cove called Caló d'en Pallisser, known locally as "the little beach". In Santa Ponça you will find everything you need to spend a holiday by the sea. Another advantage is that Santa Ponça is just 20 minutes by car from Palma.
The standard occupation is for three people. An additional child of maximum 5 years of age can sleep on a sofa bed at no cost.
It has a double bed located in the living room. It has a bathroom with a rain shower. The kitchen has all the facilities that one may need, has a fridge, kettle, microwave, washing machine, etc.
The highlight of this apartment is the pool and the garden that it has.

* Arrivals after 2pm. Early arrivals depend on availability *
* Guests must inform the host with arrival time and flight number. If not, after 8pm on the day of arrival it will be considered not presented. *

* Any delay in the informed arrival must be notified to the host before departing from the country / city of origin. *
* The departure must be before 10 o'clock in the morning *
* Consumables (water, electricity, wifi) not included for stays longer than 1 month *
* The collection of keys must be made by the holder of the reservation / credit card. If not, an authorization document will be required. *
* Due to Law 6/2017 of the Balearic Islands, regarding the commercialization of tourist stays in houses, this property will only accept reservations with NO VACATIONAL purpose. *
