The Villa is located in the old fishing district of El Palo, just 400 meters from the famous Playa de el Palo. House has its independent entrance. It has capacity for 8 people. It is located on the second and third floor of the building. On the second floor you will find a spacious living room with comfortable leather sofas where the whole family can sit by the fireplace and the smart TV with flat screen NETFLIX. In the living room there is also a table where the whole family can eat. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare your meals, as well as oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer-dryer, coffee maker, kettle ... On this floor you will also find a bathroom and a terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Third floor has 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms have double beds and private balconies. The third bedroom offers two single beds. The room has a bunk bed and private balcony. The huge rooftop terrace is perfect for sunbathing, barbecues and dining outdoors. On the terrace there is a shower. VILLA VICTORIA is a perfect option for those interested in the authentic beauty of ancient Andalusia, the clean sea with a comfortable beach and local seafood cuisine.
