Huis de Linde is an attractive holiday home located in a quiet street in the center of Bakkum. There are no fewer than 6 restaurants within a few steps, in different price ranges.
The beautiful semi-detached house is within walking distance (400 m.) Of the Noordhollands Duinreservaat, the vast forest and dune area along the North Holland coast. With 15 minutes cycling you are at the beach of Bakkum / Castricum aan Zee (3.5 km.)
An ideal location for people who love nature and the beach.
And if it is not beach weather, it is also a great base for (cultural) trips to the nearby cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam.
The property is in principle rented per week, from Saturday to Saturday. A shorter stay (midweek / long weekend) is also possible outside the high season, price on request.
The home is tastefully and comfortably furnished and fully equipped. The house offers a lot of living space and is equipped for 4 people (120 m²). The house has its own driveway for the car and at the rear there is a spacious private terrace facing south (50 m²). The terrace offers sun from the early morning to the early evening. But there is also a place in the shade throughout the day.
On warm days you can keep the living room nice and cool by closing the garden doors from the room to the conservatory.
The entire house, except kitchen and utility room, has wooden floors both upstairs and downstairs. Authentic elements; stained glass, bay window, french doors and the conservatory make it into an attractive whole.
The kitchen and utility room are equipped with electric cooking facilities, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and microwave.
Furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Upstairs are the bathroom, a separate (2nd) toilet and 2 spacious bedrooms.
The front room is the largest of the two (17 m²) located on the north side.
This room has 2 single beds (90 x 200) Furthermore, a built-in wardrobe with a hanging and laying area and a sink.
The back room on the south side is somewhat smaller. Here is a double bed (160 x 200)
