La Fermette is a stunning renovated Perigord farmhouse, set in beautiful countryside with gorgeous views, close to a market town. It is situated in a very peaceful location, yet only 10-15 minutes away from the nearest shops. The in-ground swimming pool (10m x 5m) is situated in the private garden and is for exclusive use of the guests during the summer months (June - mid-September). It is secured with a security cover, conform French law. WiFi is free, but please remember we are located in rural France! UK Freesat TV and French TV are available. All facilities are on the ground floor, making it suitable for those who are less able-bodied. Oil central heating is available during colder months, and there is an open log fire in the lounge. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome. The hosts, Ingrid and Mark, live nearby.
