Property Description
Our beautiful vacation house is situated on the outskirts of Emporeio village, right by the road that connects Santorini's villages to the beautiful and cosmopolitan beaches of Perissa and Perivolos.
The property
Our holiday house is brand new, as the construction was finished in 2017. It has one large bedroom with comfortable traditional queen bed and spacious large closets, and one common space where you find the second double bed, dining space and a small common space with sofas, where the TV is located
The bathroom is modern with some traditional touches. It has a cabin shower and a new washing machine just outside.
The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and cutlery and connects the open space living room with the bedroom.
Guest access
Our house's biggest advantage is the two spacious balconies where you can enjoy a breakfast with a view of the sea and Profitis Ilias mountain or dinner during sunset.
The property has a private and secured parking space
Other things to note
If you need to rent a transport during your stay, it would be our pleasure to arrange one for you.
Also, If you are visiting Santorini with a stopover in Athens, please note that we can offer excellent accommodation opportunities there as well:)

According to Greek law, all short term stays must be reported for tax reasons so please note that the name, passport ID and address of at least one guest must be declared to us!
We would appreciate it if you turned off the AC every time you leave the apartment
