- third bedroom: bedroom with two beds and bathroom with shower, not available in the cold months, located a few meters from the house next to the pool.
AIR CONDITIONING:
Summer: ceiling fans distributed in all bedrooms.
Winter: Central heating (only in the main house).
EQUIPMENT:
KITCHEN: kitchen with gas oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, "Dolce Gusto" capsule coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher.
LIVING-DINING ROOM: chimney, Led Smart TV with Satellite (Catalan, Spanish, French, English, German ...), WI-FI Internet, Foosball and games for children.
LAUNDRY: Washing machine, ironing board and iron.
EXTERIOR: Barbecue, two terrace tables with chairs, set of sofa and outdoor table and hammocks.
POOL: Dimensions 8.10 x 3.50 m. Pool fenced and secured with double latch. Set of armchairs and wicker table and pool hammocks.
The rent includes sheets and blankets. You will find the beds made upon arrival.
