The country house is situated in the village of Varano, in the municipality of Fabriano.
It 'a farmhouse typical of the place, nestled in a small valley at the foot of the hills of the Marche Umbro, recently restored respecting the original materials in harmony with the natural environment. The house still retains the walls in stone and wooden floors original period of construction, the end of '800.
And 'completely independent, stands on two floors: the ground floor has a large rustic kitchen fully equipped, a wood stove tiled and cast iron, sitting area with sofa bed, large fireplace and bathroom. The first floor features an elegant master bedroom with bathroom, a double room, a room with bunk beds, ideally created for children, a large bathroom with shower. The rooms are bright, cozy and furnished in country style.
The house is equipped with central heating. It has a 'large courtyard used as input-parking, a veranda for relaxation and meals, a large enclosed garden and bordered by a thick hedge. The garden has a large box covered with two wooden kennels to house dogs also of large size. For relaxing, the garden offers deck chairs, sun beds, umbrellas and table with chairs in wrought iron.
