The chalet is located in the town of Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, ideal for Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz. It has 5 rooms:
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a small independent bathroom
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
The cottage includes an open layout, with the living room, dining room, American kitchen on the same floor. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped with lots of storage and a back kitchen (very practical!).
There is a fireplace and TV corner.
There is a bathroom upstairs (shower and large bath) with a separate toilet and a bathroom with toilet on the ground floor and a separate toilet on the main floor.
On the ground floor is a laundry room.
The Chalet has a large yard, ideal for parking multiple cars with ease.
There is also a dog pen.
The chalet is 300 meters from the snow thread for children and beginners.
At 4 kilometers is the ski resort Le Grand-Bornand and 4 kilometers, is the station Clusaz.
In La Clusaz, many activities are possible: skiing, tobogganing, ice skating, bowling, shopping, paragliding, horse riding, tennis, swimming pool, toboggan, restaurant, bars, discotheque ...
