Property Description
This is such a gorgeous house! When driving up your driveway you immediately experience a feeling of space, freedom and absolute calm. This dream house is located in the beautiful forests on the hills of Les Gavarres and is at a short distance from the beautiful, rugged coastline with beautiful beaches. You have access to two swimming pools: one private pool with outdoor shower, deck chairs, fun playhouse, climbing hut with slide, swings, sandpit, pingpong table (do not forget to bring the bats and ping pong balls!)and large outside chess board. The other pool (length 25 m, for a fee) is about 500 m away. There is a sunbathing meadow, two tennis courts (for a fee) and a nice restaurant (all three are only opened during high season). Calonge is a lovely, historical village with a medieval castle. A beautiful beach can be found at the coastal town of Sant Antoni de Calonge (11 km) with great hiking trails along the coast or in the famous Playa de Aro (14 km). Along the coast are small villages that are definitely worth visiting, such as Llafranch and Calella de Palafrugell, both cosy fishing villages with picturesque beaches and Sant Feliu de Guíxols (12 km) with its splendid beach promenade.
