This lovely apartment, with a total area of 120m2 and parquet flooring, is located in the real heart of Barcelona, in a peaceful street next to the University of Barcelona and its beautiful gardens. This street has a large number of bars with terraces where, especially during the spring and summer, you will be able to enjoy a refreshing drink and chat with your friends without missing the opportunity of being in the centre of Barcelona.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, with 3 double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two twin beds. All 3 bedrooms are large and sunny, as is the living-room, which has a chill-out area with two sofas and chest of drawers, and an eating area with a large glass table with chairs right next to the window. There is a separate kitchen, which comes equipped with all the mod-cons, such as a microwave, a dishwasher, a juicer and a toaster.
Amongst the apartment's facilities, you will find Internet connection, a TV, a DVD-player, a radio and a Hifi-system.
Lastly, in order to guarantee guests the maximum in terms of comfort, the apartment has two fully-equipped bathrooms, both with bath.
PLEASE READ:
In Catalonia there is a mandatory tourist tax of 2.25 EUR per adult per day during the first week. Children under 16 years old are exempt. These taxes will be collected during check-in in cash, and it is NOT INCLUDED in the price. Any changes in this tax will be duly communicated in advance!
There is an optional free check-in for after 7 pm, retrieving the keys of a 24-hour locker. Otherwise, if you need a check-in in person after 7pm will be charged 30 EUR.
The local police forces us to provide guest identification information for security reasons. This information will be provided before check-in.

Este encantador apartamento, con una superficie total de 120m2 y suelos de parquet, se encuentra en el corazón real de Barcelona, en una calle tranquila junto a la Universidad de Barcelona y sus hermosos jardines. Esta calle tiene una gran cantidad de bares con terrazas donde, especialmente durante la primavera y el verano, podrás disfrutar de una bebida refrescante y conversar con tus amigos sin perder la oportunidad de estar en el centro de Barcelona.
El apartamento puede alojar a un máximo de 6 personas, con 3 habitaciones dobles, dos con camas dobles y una con dos camas individuales. Las 3 habitaciones son amplias y soleadas, al igual que la sala de estar, que tiene un área de descanso con dos sofás y cómoda, y un área para comer con una gran mesa de vidrio con sillas justo al lado de la ventana. Hay una cocina separada, que viene equipada con todas las comodidades modernas, como microondas, lavavajillas, exprimidor y tostadora.
Entre las instalaciones del apartamento, encontrará conexión a Internet, TV, reproductor de DVD, radio y equipo de alta fidelidad.
Por último, para garantizar a los huéspedes el máximo confort, el apartamento cuenta con dos baños totalmente equipados, ambos con bañera.

En Cataluña hay un impuesto turístico obligatorio de 2.25 EUR por adulto por día durante la primera semana. Los niños menores de 16 años están exentos. Estos impuestos se cobrarán durante el check-in en efectivo y NO ESTÁN INCLUIDOS en el precio.
Hay un check-in gratuito opcional para después de las 7 pm, recuperando las llaves de un casillero de 24 horas. De lo contrario, si necesita registrarse en persona después de las 7 p.m., se le cobrará 30 EUR.
