At Podere Ranciano Alto you can take a step back in time. In 2002 my family and I decided to renovate this house which since 1730 has been inhabited by our ancestors. The work was done with care, paying particular attention to keep the details of the past. Going into each apartment you can see beds, furniture and antiques that will transport you into an atmosphere and in a world that now seems distant.
Here from father to son have been passed customs, stories and values that we try again today to pass and tell those who come to visit.
From the windows of your apartments enjoy views of the Lake Trasimeno, the harmonious and colored hills that surround it, and if you are lucky during a walk you can see squirrels, hares and other animals that will delight your children.
Podere Ranciano Alto is located between Umbria and Tuscany and enables you to easily reach many famous places (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Cortona, Siena).
If instead of going around like the area you can go cycling and walking for the Umbrian countryside or along the Lake Trasimeno.
Our farm is composed of independent apartments, a swimming pool and a common room; you will also have at your disposal, bicycles, children's games, barbecue and tables for outdoor dining.
The structure consists of independent apartments each other, from a swimming pool and a common room called "The Cellar", where you can spend pleasant hours and leisure with the other guests of the farm.
The apartments available are:
LAUREL
And 'an apartment on the first floor, consisting of double bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room with sofa (that opens to become a double bed) and a full kitchen with all accessories. The apartment includes: satellite TV, coffee maker and safe.
TORRE
And 'an apartment on two floors; the first is a large kitchen complete with accessories.
Climbing the stairs to the second floor where there are three double bedrooms and a bathroom with panoramic views of the lake and the town of Castiglione del Lago.

And 'an apartment on the ground floor, composed of double bedroom with 2 + 1 realtivo bathroom, a large sofa bed located in the living room and a kitchen full of accessories.

La Cantina "common room" is a room on the ground floor of the main building and was made to pass incotrare and spend some wonderful moments with the guests.
ELM
It 'a beautiful outbuilding of 30 mwtriquadrati surface, consists of bedroom, bathroom and a private porch overlooking the pool.
