This old farmhouse from 1760 has been completely renovated, subtly combining wood and contemporary materials.
On the ground floor are 4 double bedrooms, all spacious with private bathrooms. You will appreciate the relaxation room with its sauna and hammam, the massage table and the outdoor jacuzzi to relax after a good day of skiing! On the lower level you will find a 20m2 cinema room and a wine cellar.
On the first floor, you arrive in the living space. A very bright room thanks to the large bay windows which gives directly onto the outdoor terraces, East and South, facing the Drus. It is on this floor that the parental suite of 50m2 is located with its spacious dressing room and its luxurious bathroom.
The chalet's private parking can accommodate up to 3 cars and the chalet has a laundry room and a ski room with boot dryer.
The La Flégère cable car is 300 m from the chalet. This allows you to easily access the Brévent / Flégère area and its 70 km of slopes of all levels. For cross-country ski enthusiasts, the chalet is 250 m from the slopes and walking there takes only a few minutes.
La Bagna is a luxurious chalet of 450 sqm located on 1800 sqm of land in Les Praz, ery popular area in Chamonix. This chalet offer a fantastic view of Mont-Blanc and mountains. This 1760 former farm has been totally renovated with a subtly combining wood and contemporary materials.
On the ground floor you will find 4 en-suite bedrooms, a relaxation room with sauna and steam room, a massage room and an outdoor jacuzzi to relax after a good day skiing!
At the lower floor you will find the cinema room of 20sqm and the wine cellar.
On the first floor, you arrive into the spacious living area with a dining / kitchen area opening on large terraces with the view of the Drus mountains. This floor also has the master suite of 50sqm with a luxurious bathroom and large dressing.

La Flégère lift is 300 meters walk from the chalet. This gives you easy access to the Brévent / Flégère ski area and there are 70 kms of all levels slopes. For lovers of cross-country skiing, the chalet is 250 m from the slopes and walking distance only takes a few minutes.
