Bright spacious two bedroomed apartment with new air conditioning. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has two large balconies with all day sun and sea views. The balcony off the living area has a BBQ area with dining table, sun beds and outside sofas. The balcony off the main bedroom has sunbeds and dining table with seating. The apartment can sleep up to six people and consists of a double bedroom, twin bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. The lounge has a flatscreen TV with satellite stations including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports 1. There is also a DVD player. Pueblo Evita has 3 pools to enjoy including an indoor heated pool and a rooftop pool with fantastic views. The apartment is a five minute walk from the beach and promenade. There are many bars and restaurants a short walk from the complex. The award winning Benalmadena Marina is a short walk away with many bars and restaurants. Sea Life is a five minute walk from the Apartment. The beautiful white washed villages of Benalmadena Pueblo and Mijas can be accessed by bus. Fuengirola, Malaga are a short train journey away. Benalmadena is an ideal base to visit towns such as Ronda, Cordoba and Granada. Due to the typical Andalusian village architecture and landscape, it would not be suitable for people with reduced mobility as there are no lifts.
