Tucked away in a quiet and family friendly area for children of all ages, this house is merely a short walk away from all amenities including the golf course if you feel like perfecting that old swing of yours. In addition, the estuary is an 8 minute walk while the surf beach is only a 2 minute drive away.
This house provides plenty of space for outdoor entertainment and if you feel like popping out for a few with the lads/lasses the Mangawhai Village is where you will find the local pubs and tavern who offers live entertainment on the odd occasion. If you like markets you're in luck ! Because there is also a farmers market if your want to have a browse on a clear saturday morning :)
