This nice holiday house located on a quiet hillside is located about 1 km above Capolona / Subbiano.
The house has been nicely decorated with modern furnishings. From its living room with open fireplace you can access the covered terrace; another open terrace with sun loungers is located on the rear side of the house.
The house has a very nice modern equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom sleeping up to three people.
The grounds include a large natural plot with various romantic seats and a barbecue under the shade of tall trees. This is an appropriate destination for guests who want to spend a nice holiday in a small village away from the hustle and bustle.
Pets are welcome, but they need to be fully house trained and motored to prevent any damage to the property.
From here you can easily reach Arezzo (15 km) and the charming towns of the Casentino area - also by train from Capolona. Other places of interest include the numerous castles and hermitages in the Casentino Nature Park, which is also ideal for hiking. Capolona with shops and restaurants, bars and tennis court is 1 km away.
