The spacious apartment is about 70 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of five people. You enter the apartment from the courtyard side and go up the stairs in the hallway to the living rooms. At the top right you will find the modern daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Also on the right you enter the large living room with extra bed for the fifth person. A flat-screen TV is available for enjoyable TV evenings. Furthermore, you have plenty of storage space for your personal belongings in the small furniture you will find here. From here you enter the first comfortable bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. From the hallway you can see the fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, a microwave, a 4-plate stove with oven and other kitchen appliances such as toaster, kettle and coffee maker. We would like to point out once again that the entrance of the apartment is located on the ground floor and they reach the living rooms exclusively via a staircase to the upper floor!Furthermore, the apartment has a nice large balcony with seating and views of the courtyard. Welcome to the Landpension Dubnitz! Only a short distance away from the Baltic Sea beach, you can spend an idyllic and relaxing holiday in a private atmosphere and familiar hospitality, away from the hectic hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea resorts. In our country pension you can expect ten comfortably furnished apartments and two double rooms of different size / equipment for two to five people. On the large property there are numerous opportunities to relax in the midst of nature. A barbecue area, as well as the courtyard with a small playground and the games and sports hall offer plenty of space for fun and socializing. You can choose between fitness, badminton, table tennis, billiards and table football. In our small family sauna you can relax after an eventful day. After your reservation and a short warm-up, she is ready for your use. Pets are welcome in the Landpension Dubnitz! Please note that for pet bookings an additional cleaning fee of € 25.00 will be charged! Each apartment has its own parking space, as well as a terrace or a balcony. Please note that all units are strictly non-smoking!
