Location: This approximately 20 m from the sea lying, independent and charming villa is like a temple located in Bali, but with the difference that this accommodation is located right in front of the rocky coast of Fontane Bianche. At the garden gate beyond can feel a new, exotic atmosphere, which was inconceivable outside. This feeling intensifies increasingly, as soon as you sit on the veranda overlooking the blue sea in front of you between the palms enjoys.
Interior: The detached house has two floors which are functionally furnished for four people. The approximately 90 square meters of living space at ground level lying, reached by a few steps, living room with fireplace and flat screen with satellite TV, habitable kitchen. Espresso machine (classic espresso maker) available. Bathroom with shower / WC / bidet, toilet with WC. Washing machine in the storage room available.
A staircase leads to the first floor located in the sleeping area. A bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, two small single room with a single bed. It is of course understood that almost all rooms have a sea view. Each window is like an open nature paintings.

Outside: A small exotic garden with veranda and stunning views to the open blue sea are ideal for breakfast or dinner and complete the picture perfect setting in which there is this house.

For the duration of the stay, a rental car is recommended.
Conclusion: The rocky coast in front of you and its natural bay resemble a lifelike swimming pool where you can cool off on hot summer days, and all this just outside the front door. The location and less than three minutes away by car located sandy beach of Fontane Bianche make this house the ideal starting point for a typical Mediterranean holiday, recommended as a family holiday with children. Syracuse and the baroque town of Noto are from here easily accessible.
