The sunny house is located in the residence "El Pinet" only about 400m from the long sandy beach of La Marina. The nature reserve "Parque Natural de las Salinas de Santa Pola" with a beautiful circular route, viewing platforms, very beautiful hiking trails, birds and the famous flamingos is right in front of the complex.
There are no skyscrapers in the residence. There are only two-story apartments, semi-detached houses and quadro houses. The complex includes a community pool with a separate children's pool. The house is on a private road that can be closed in the evening, so there is no traffic noise. Peace and relaxation is guaranteed here.
Your well-kept holiday home is on a 140 sqm plot and offers around 80 sqm living space plus 16 sqm terrace, 8 sqm balcony bedroom and 16 sqm solarium on the roof. With a wonderful 300 degree view of the sea, Santa Pola, salt pans and the mountains. Your vehicle can be parked on the private street in front of the house or on the property.
For your comfort, the living room and the two bedrooms have attractive windows and room doors made of pine. Air conditioning (hot / cold) is planned and all windows have double glazing with shutters and mosquito nets. There are earthenware floors and marble staircases on both floors. The furnishings are of high quality and modern, a TV area with a leather sofa and a dining table set made of solid oak.
For the winter season there are 2 heaters in the living room and additional radiant heaters with electricity. In addition, 2 fans can be used for cooling.
Air conditioning will be installed in May!

Prices for long-term rentals (from 4 weeks) in the low season (mid-October to late March) on request. This holiday home can be wonderfully flown to with Rynair, and the journey and vacation routes can be done with a rental car. Rental price depending on the season from 50-100 €. Bookings preferably from Saturday to Saturday.
