The well-maintained country house in a cozy Tyrolean style is located in the immediate vicinity of the Gaisberg lift and the Maierlbahn (Kitzbühel ski area). The descent with the skis directly to the house is possible with appropriate snow conditions. The center is easily accessible on foot (10 min) or by ski bus.
The 5-bedroom, 2-bath home with 2 separate toilets sleeps up to 10 people, making it perfect for families or groups.
On the ground floor there are 1 large living room in cozy hunting house style (radio / CD & satellite TV), 1 dining room with sofa bed, 1 kitchen (with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster), 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
In the 1. Floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds or 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with single bed (110 cm), 1 bathroom with bath and bidet and 1 separate toilet.
In summer, the large garden, the sunny terrace and the open conservatory / balcony provide space to relax.
In the garage next to the house, the ski equipment can be parked.
The entire house is rented, d. H. Guests have access to all the rooms in the house (except for part of the basement) and to the balcony and garden.
The detached house is located in a quiet residential area - mainly with detached houses. The large garden on one side and the parking on the other side separate the house from the neighboring properties.
It should be emphasized that you can ski down to the house.
Only about 30 meters from the house there is a ski bus stop.
20 meters away there is a taxi company. The train station is 1.5 km away.
Please note that on arrival the local tax of € 2, - per person / night has to be paid in cash.
