Our mobile homes are situated in a central area of 

Villaggio San Francesco of 

Duna Verde - Caorle.

The holiday village 

Centro Vacanze San Francesco is a large holiday village which faces directly the Adriatic sea with various restaurants, 4 pools, 1 water park (to pay extra), a daily entertainment program for children (included in the price), 1 supermarket and many shops. 

During your holiday, 

Samarcanda Entertainment Team will organize beach games, evening shows, sport competitions and much more in order to entertain you and your children. In addition to the daily rich activity program, inside the campsite you will find a discotheque, where dancing and having fun during the night.



Guests can practice the following sports:
Basketball - Football - Table Tennis - Volleyball - Water Polo - Boccia - Beach Volleyball - Windsurfing - Tennis - Swimming - Fitness.
The general sports courses and activities are included in the price.
The individual sports courses and the private use of the sports fields/gym are to pay extra.

The

mobile homes Miami 2 consist of:





Bedroom with double bed (cm 160 x 190), orthopaedic bed base. 



Bedroom with twin beds (cm 70 x 190) and 1 extra bunk-bed, orthopaedic bed bases. I



Bright and spacious living-room, furnished with corner-sofa, table, chairs, air conditioning, Microwave oven, coffee-machine, TV.



Kitchenette with 4-flame stove, sink, fridge, pots and pans.



2 Bathrooms with shower box and ceramic sanitary fittings, hot and cold water.

Comfortable outdoor

covering veranda (cm 240 x 400) with chairs and table.



For more comfort our mobile homes have a 

safety box, mosquito nets in the bedrooms and air-conditioning system. During your stay you can decide if using it or not. In order to save energy 

air conditioning will be charged € 1 per kWh.

Furthermore, the accommodations are provided with

 cleaning equipment (broom, mop and bucket. Detergents not included), drying rack, pillows and blankets.

Bed-linens and towels are not included. They can be rented on request (at least 7 days before the arrival):





Family Pack for 4 people - € 80

Single Pack for 1 person - € 25
Bed sheets for a single bed, one pillowcase, one hand towel and one bath towel.





Tourist tax not included.



BEACH
In your mobile home you will find a beach umbrella and two sunchairs/sunbeds that you can freely use. The beach service is not included (€ 100/130 per week).



PETS


Pets are not allowed.



DEPOSIT & FINAL CLEANING
On your arrival you will be asked for a deposit of € 100 per accommodation, to be paid in cash. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, after checking the mobile home conditions. The final cleaning is not included: we ask our guests to leave the mobile homes cleaned and in order (especially the bathroom, the fridge and the stovetop). Otherwise € 30 for the final cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.

The final cleaning (€ 30) becomes mandatory for stays of less than 7 nights.
 


CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Key, settlement and payment of deposit and other extra by 

Adria Holiday Reception in Villaggio San Francesco (ONLY CASH).



The accommodations are delivered from 4PM and 6:30PM.

Our mobile homes are guaranteed from 4:00 pm. On arrival days Adria Holiday Reception opens around 11:30 am and we start collecting payments. As soon as the accommodations are cleaned and prepared, guest will settle in. Possible delays in the morning opening of our reception are due to a high number of departures.



From 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Adria Holiday Reception is closed because there is the silence time. Cars are not allowed inside the holiday village and the check-ins are suspended.



If you arrive after 6:30 pm, please inform us before 5:00 pm and we will arrange a late check-in.



Check-out: from 8:00 am to 9:30 am on the day of departure. Early check-out must be arranged no later than the day before departure with our on-site guides.
