The well-known places Isola Capo Rizzuto (all kinds of shops and services about 5.5 km) and Capo Rizzuto (8 km), the latter along the beautiful Ionian coast of Calabria, are not far away. Here you will admire landscapes that nature has created as beautifully as works of art! The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small outdoor terrace furnished with table and chairs for pleasant alfresco meals. Due to its location in the immediate vicinity of the sea, this apartment is ideal to spend days of absolute relaxation on the beautiful beaches and then to organize some excursions in the beautiful surroundings, rich in historical and artistic treasures and testifying a glorious past. Visit the city of Crotone with the Temple of Hera Lacinia, the Archaeological Park and some Greek remains of the wall "buried" by the sea. One of the symbols of Isola Capo Rizzuto is the Aragonese Castle in "Le Castella", an ancient 15th-century building standing on an island connected to the coast by a narrow promontory. Do not miss the medieval villages of Santa Severina with their museums and historic houses. Diving enthusiasts can take advantage of the many underwater routes of the marine reserve to discover the natural beauties as well as archaeological treasures. Inland is also the Sila National Park, a mountain area with peaks reaching up to 2000 m, rich in forests, lakes and wildlife. Lamezia Terme Airport is 94 km away and Crotone is 9 km.
