REFINED HOLIDAY HOUSE located in the residence Il Mirto, near the Rocca Ruja and with a wonderful view of the sea of the Gulf of Asinara. Located on the first and last floor it consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom; The property includes a small terrace with an American bar style table and stools so you can eat outdoors with a beautiful view of the sea. Present TV, washing machine and dishwasher; reserved parking space. Exclusively for our guests we provide free the precious card to park in the reserved parking lot adjacent to the beach of Gabbiano, another wonderful beach of Stintino without having to worry about the search for parking and its high daily price; from this parking you can also reach the Pelosa on foot, being about 300 meters. In the immediate vicinity of the complex there is a bus stop that takes you to the characteristic village of Stintino as well as to the other beautiful beaches of Stintino, those of Punta Negra and Le Saline, to name a few; finally, in the area there is the shopping center of Capo Falcone which provides the main services: restaurants, bars, newsstands, market, etc.
Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price. Air conditioning rental: 50.00 euros. Final cleaning: € 80; kitchenette and dishes to be left tidy and clean; otherwise a supplement of € 50 will be applied. Linen rental upon notice: € 20 per person. Small pets: always on request, € 50.00 per week. Ability to smoke only in outdoor areas. Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 21.00): € 50.00; late check out (after 10.00): charge for an additional night's stay. Security deposit: € 200.00. It will be the customer's responsibility to arrange for the separate collection of waste and its disposal by following the collection table; when the accommodation is returned it must be free of all waste, otherwise 50% of the security deposit will be retained.
