Dramatic glass-parapet balcony leaves the stunning sea view open and uninterrupted. Hardwood deck outside bedrooms on lower area offers the same view. Private staircase provides access to Shell Beach.
Shell beach is short walk from the capital Gustavia, and the scene of many weekend festivities. You can take a dip in the wonderfully calm waters after a day’s shopping in the town. Villa Belle Vue is the ultimate party or occasion vacation rental. You have an abundance of space and amenities to cater for everyone needs. A nice addition to the villa is it's ultra cool night club located down stairs in the villa. The perfect party location. The house is also suitable to cater for Weddings in St Barths and is a great event house.
Sleeping accommodations include five (queen) bedrooms with baths en suite. Two are on the main level with terraces and the option of connecting, and three are on the lower level (Note the 5th bedroom is slightly smaller.) All are beautifully decorated in modern style and a soothing palette of grays and whites – and boast ocean views; baths are well-appointed with rain showers and bidets. There is a guest bath on the main level.
