FAMILY FRIENDLY Large 4 bedroom beach house located on Highland Avenue. The home has been updated and has retained most of its original 1890 Italianate, cottage details, such as woodwork, painted wood floors, an Eastlake mantle and mirror, interior shutters, a clawfoot tub, parlor doors, large windows, bead board kitchen and high ceilings. There is WIFI throughout the house.
First Floor: Fully applianced Kitchen, washer/dryer, claw foot tub with shower, pantry, eat in kitchen as well as dinning area, one den with propane fire place one family room with Smart/flat screen TV with Roku. Rooms are separated by parlor doors.
Second Floor: Master Bedroom with water views and King size bed, 2nd bedroom with queen size bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds one being a trundle and tv. 4th bedroom one full bed with twin on top. Full bathroom and extra storage in hallway.
Large deck off the kitchen with propane grill, outdoor shower and changing room. large picnic table and fire pit situated in a lovely private backyard . Parking for 4 cars.
Linens and towels will be provided. There are mattress covers and plenty of pillows and blankets provided. Less than a 5 minute walk to beach and pier. Close to Amtrak, Restaurants and Shopping.
NOTE: The person responsible for the rental must be over 25 years of age.
