There's a deck, a front porch, and off street parking for two vehicles. You are a short distance to many of the main attractions and Universities in Washington, DC.
The beds in the house have memory foam mattresses, and are fitted with allergen free mattress covers. You will find the pots and pans in the home are modern and made of stainless steel.
