We’ve created special boxes that were sealed at least two weeks ago and designed for the guests of each home. Because of our concern for your safety, we’ve stripped the home of condiments, napkins, tp, etc. Your box will have your own personal supplies.
We ask that any unused supplies be placed back in the box, and, after quarantining the contents, those unused items will be given to the local women’s shelter.
In fact, each home we’re involved with is thoroughly cleaned and aired for at least a day to support your comfort and health. All linens and towels go through the sanitizer laundry cycle prior to your arrival; we do our best to provide you with the experience of truly being at "home".

If you have never visited Salida, welcome; you will be taken away by her magic and beauty. For those that have been to Salida, welcome back!
Salida offers; public hot springs, whitewater rafting and tubing, blue ribbon trout fishing and kayaking right in front of you on the Arkansas River! There's mountain biking, concerts at the riverfront amphitheater, art galleries and wonderful restaurants.
Just minutes outside of Salida you will find; Monarch Ski Resort, four wheel trails, zip lines, mountain biking and more. The Arkansas River boost some of the best trout fishing.
This new 2,000 sq. ft. townhome comes fully furnished! In the kitchen, you will find all the appliances and gadgets needed for a gourmet meal.
The home features; new furniture, two king beds, one pull out couch, large lower and upper level master bedrooms, and three private decks overlooking the Arkansas River. The deck off the kitchen is the perfect place for your morning coffee or eat dinner as you watch the sun set.
One can leave their vehicle in the attached one-car garage and easily walk or bike around the town. The garage also has ski/snowboard storage and racks for your bikes.
