Hi. Welcome to your home away from home in Paradise :) The house has two floors: on the first (ground) floor, you will find one bedroom with queen size bed, one bathroom, kitchen Wish fridge, blender, stove, oven, microwave, plates, glasses, etc. (all the basics for daily use), living room, di Ing room. There is a Smart TV with basic (limited) choice of channels and Internet connection (Netflix, YouTube etc). There s a small yard and a door to the swimming pool. The upper floor features two bedrooms, one with 2 double beds (view to the pool) and one with a double bed and a single bed (view to the front of the house). Both have their prívate bathroom. There s also a bed-couch in the small hallway between the bedrooms. There is a parking spot for one vehicle.
The bathrooms have shower, toilet, washbassin, soap, shampoo, one towel Per person.
There s one entry access (with guard) and one exit access, both with electric gates. Security 24/7. The street is a private lane, "U" shaped, with 106 houses.
The swimming pool is located in the middle and serves all the houses in the lane. There is a convenience store within walking distance but the nearest mall is too far away to walk (it would take approx 40 minutes to 1 hour to get there)..
