Large and bright apartment on the beach of Acquacalda di Lipari - Aeolian Islands- (Messina) -Sicily-Italy- with a panoramic terrace from which you can admire the other islands. It is the first floor of a large house in Aeolian style and is located a few steps from the sea and a pedestrian path of a few meters directly connects the house to the beach below. Acquacalda has a long and beautiful beach that receives every year the Blue Flag award (given only to the most beautiful beaches in Italy) and is an ideal place for those who love the sea, nature and tranquility and want to spend a holiday in shore to the sea and relaxing away from the chaos and the confusion of the city center (which is about 9 km walkable in a few minutes by car, motorbike, taxi or bus line that stops near the house and makes several daily trips). Apartment, air-conditioned, consisting of two bedrooms (one double bedroom and one with two single bunk beds and a third single pull-out bed) and a living room / kitchen (where there is also a pouf-bed openable if necessary) . The house includes all the furnishings and accessories such as pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. The panoramic terrace offers a spectacular view of the sea and the other islands (Panarea and Stromboli frontally and Salina sideways) and allows you to eat outside or relax comfortably enjoying the fresh air and the view. The place is particularly suitable for families with small children or teenagers who can move freely to go to the beach without having to take a means of getting to the beach because the house is connected to the beach below directly from a pedestrian path of a few meters. No parties and noises are allowed to respect the environment so natural and peaceful. Smoking is not allowed inside the house nor animals accompanying guests.
