The apartment is part of an old family farm renovated in recent times and converted into holiday homes, consisting of 7 apartments.
The old stone farmhouse owes its name to the ancient presence of "purpose" plants characteristic of the Maremma scrub.
After a skilful renovation, which has maintained the peculiar characteristics of the Maremma farmhouses, seven apartments have been created on the estate, furnished with poor art furniture and where the use of terracotta and chestnut wood prevails.
Far from traffic, guests will find a now lost tranquility capable of regenerating the spirit and the body.
You can choose between a dip in the swimming pool shared with the other apartments, a walk on a mountain bike or a day reading a book in the large equipped garden; in the evening you can cook in the barbecue or in the wood-burning oven tasty barbecues seasoned with local oil and wine and eat outside in the fresh and clean air.
Upon your arrival there will surely be one of us who will welcome you with all affection and give you the keys to the apartment.
When the sun goes down, you will meet my mom who will water the plants in the garden, so there will be an opportunity to exchange two words ...
