This avails the use of Internet TV offering most UK TV channels and those of many European Countries. Also included is a vast array of movie channels to view for the ‘cosy evenings in’! There is also a guest toilet/ bathroom on this floor. Leaving the ground floor area, a staircase leads to the sleeping accommodation with three generously sized bedrooms. The first offering a Double Bed with plenty of Wardrobe storage. With Patio Doors leading to a shared balcony (with Bedroom 2) offering Sea Views of the Mediterranean. This property is located on the corner of the complex and so away from the main noise of the pool area which is 100m away. There is a Kiosk/ Corner shop across the road from the property selling all the essentials for a self-catering holiday. The nearest Bar/ Taverna id 400m from them property and the nearest bus stop (Main Coastal Road) is but 200m. The location is walking distance from the main hub of the 'Kings Road' offering: bars, restaurants, shops and banks. With two of the best restaurants in Paphos close by. A large sized supermarket is only a 5 minute walk from Regina, together with two service stations, cafe restaurant & car hire offices. Paphos boasts an excellent bus service with a stop close by the apartment. Buses run every 30 mins for Paphos Harbour, Water Park, Old Town & Coral Bay.
