Villa 340 sq.m. in two floors with four huge master bedrooms each with their own private bathroom is an ideal place for a comfortable stay.
Also a fully equipped kitchen: stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer and potable water cooler, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer and toaster, as well as utensils and everything necessary for cooking.
For comfortable accommodation our guests have: - one large double bed and a double sofa bed in the 1st and 2nd bedroom and one large double bed in bedrooms 3 and 4.
Villa 340 sq.m. in two floors. The first floor of the villa's day zone consists of a huge living room with a comfortable sofa for a rest during the hot day, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet wc. From all corners of the living room there is a delightful panoramic view of the sea thanks to the huge front windows. As a continuation of the living room, a veranda with a dining table under a shady canopy also overlooking the sea and the pool. You will be conveniently located there watching how your kids splash around the pool.
Lower floor sleeping area of the villa. Four master bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are all on the plane of one floor. Descending the stairs, we enter the large hall of the lower floor from where the doors to four completely isolated large master bedrooms and the laundry room are diverging. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom (three with shower and toilet and the fourth with a bathroom and toilet). In the three bedrooms there are large wardrobes, in the fourth there is wardrobe room. With three bedrooms there are huge balcony doors with access to cozy patio courts on the left and on the right side of the villa.
The villa is absolutely new and very comfortable equipped with all new appliances.
5 air-conditioners (one powerful in the living room and one in each bedroom), safe, alarm, very high-quality WI-Fi in the house and in the villa, TV and satellite TV, DVD, music center, mosquito nets on all windows and balcony doors, hair dryer in each bathroom. Washing machine, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner in the laundry.
Also a fully equipped kitchen: stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer and potable water cooler, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer and toaster, as well as utensils and everything necessary for cooking.
