--- The space:
The apartment is located 1 block from the Main Street of Garopaba!
In addition, it is close to the Central Beach, Silveira Beach and several shops (restaurants, shops, markets, pharmacies, etc). It is possible to enjoy and explore the region on foot! But if you come by car, there is a free parking space at the door :)
Inside the apartment we have the following rooms: SUITE ROOM (with split cold / hot air conditioning, double box bed, light curtain, closet, balcony to the street and full bathroom), COUPLE ROOM (with split cold / hot air conditioning) , 1 single box bed, 1 double box bed and light curtain), LIVING ROOM (large and combined with the kitchen, with sofa, smart TV, ceiling fan and balcony to the street), KITCHEN (with American style kitchen counter, barbecue with skewers, frost-free duplex refrigerator, electric cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, pans, boards and other utensils), 2 BATHROOMS (1 of the suite, both with pressurized shower and temperature control), SERVICE AREA (with tank and movable clothesline) and SACADA (large, combined between the living room and the double bedroom, overlooking the street).
It has WiFi with password.
It also has several sockets for added convenience in every room!
In addition, we offer complimentary bedding, pillows, towels, beach chairs and umbrella! You do not have to pay extra for this :)
--- Guest access:
The condominium has 3 apartments available for rent, all in the same standard, next to each other.
Guests have access to the main door of the condominium through numeric password, which leads to the hallway of the apartments, located on the 2nd floor.
The apartments are individual, so you will have exclusive and complete access to the apartment you have rented.
There is 1 parking space reserved for each apartment, outside the condominium. Guests can use it for free, 24 hours a day!
--- Interaction with guests:
I live 3 minutes from the apartment and I go there several times a day.
So when any guest needs my help, I am always at your disposal!
--- Other remarks:
We have the Rule of Silence and we count on the collaboration of all the guests to be fulfilled. Therefore, after 10:00 p.m., it is expected that there will be no parties or extreme noises in the condominium.
