ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
The light and airy apartment is comfortably spread over 2 storeys providing ample views of the surrounding lake and mountains. The fully equipped kitchen has been renovated to a very comfortable standard. The dining room and lounge form an open-plan format, opening out to the balcony with those world-famous views.

A front-facing, curved balcony is perfectly positioned for panoramic views down Queenstown Bay while to the rear of the apartment, is a private outdoor area with extensive decking and a gas BBQ.
There is no shortage of outdoor entertainment in Queenstown, but even on a rainy day, we have you covered. The lounge area boasts a TV with a DVD player and there is even a separate TV/DVD room ideal for children. There is private car parking in the garage or directly in front of garage.

- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply

- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out.
