Inspired, elegant, chic and comfortable - the defining characteristics of this renovated vacation home. 6 bedroom/4 bath home is perfect for everything from large groups and families to low key girls weekends and couples getaways! Due to our association rules no bachelor or bachelorette parties are permitted. Walking distance to Townline Beach and Union Pier favorites, access to the association pool and clubhouse, and a private hot tub make this the ideal home for your next vacation!
Nearly 4,000 SF of living space provides plenty of room for large groups! Four main bedrooms have a bathroom either en-suite or immediately adjacent. An additional loft bedroom has a king bed and 2 twins, and the bunk room has two bunk beds. Multiple gathering areas allow for plenty of room to spread out while enjoying your stay. Professionally designed interior is a mix of comfort and elegance. Close to the beach (house is on the beach side of Red Arrow Highway) and community pool in warm weather, outdoor private hot tub is ideal in colder months. The kitchen, dining room and family room are connected in a large room with a dramatic vaulted ceiling, perfectly appointed for entertaining and dinners in. Sonos sound system in the family room lets you stream music to enhance the ambiance. The house includes a separate TV and game area upstairs. The screened porch has another dining table and couch for enjoying the outdoors. The rear porch has a private hot tub for those cool evenings or perfect for fall, winter and spring excursions! The backyard has a fire pit for enjoying evening campfires. The Weber grill is provided for the grill master in the group.
Enjoy all of the comforts of a luxury hotel - brand new mattresses, high quality pillows, luxurious linens and plush towels. Chef appointed kitchen with professional Tramontina sauté pans and pots. We’ve accessorized the house to align with our luxury expectations and yours.

Parking is limited to 4 cars in the driveway. Parking is not allowed on the street. Additional parking is available at the clubhouse.
Parking of recreational vehicles (RVs), campers, jet skis, boats, and trailers of any type is limited to the driveway of the Home. Overnight parking is prohibited without prior Board notice
No smoking.
No parties or events. Please ask for clarification if you have a specific event your interested in hosting.
All adult renters must be over 30 years old. No adults may rent on behalf of renters under 30
Quiet hours begin at 11pm-8am please respect our neighbors.
All dogs must be on a leash and cleaned up after.
No fireworks or fire arms.
While we do offer sleeping arrangements for 17 people, we are limited by municipal ordinance to a maximum of 16 occupants.
Rental Agreement: Guests agree to abide by additional house and association rules will be posted at the home. The rules are available after the reservation is made. You have 48 hours to cancel after the reservation is made if you do not agree to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
