The apartment is unit 3 located at 149 Gordon Street, a block of four apartments located on the second floor of the building. Ground floor and first floor are shops/office spaces.
Social grounds coffee shop is just next door, growers market, supermarket, butcher, bakery and bottle shop are just across the road. Plenty of restaurants within 2-5 minutes walk. Water front approximately 8 minutes walk.
LAYOUT AND BEDDING
The apartment is split over two levels. Downstairs features an open plan living with lounge, kitchen and toilet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed on the second floor landing, and a bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet.

New apartment, decorated in style with funky elements. Modern and well equipped kitchen with electric stove top. As soon as you walk in the space breathes good vibes. City and water views from each bedroom, both bedrooms sliding doors on to a private balcony. Entrance is via the front deck into downstairs living area and open plan kitchen.
Lounge has airco.
BIG GROUP? ABILITY TO RENT MULTIPLE APARTMENTS
The apartments are co-located on the second floor of the building, in a row next to each other. The outdoor areas have walls and privacy screens. Easy for multiple families and (sport) teams holidaying together, to have privacy and yet be close together. The roof top entrance level and elevator is shared between all four apartments.
An outdoor elevator brings you from parking and ground floor level to the second floor. The elevator is activated by holding the electronic fob / garage buzzer against the reader in the lift. You may have to walk up to the apartment first to grab the garage buzzer.
Walking up via the outdoor stairs takes 4 flights of stairs, approximately 30 steps.
PARKING / GARAGE
Guests have access to the whole property including one car parking spots in the secure parking underneath the building. Free street parking, however time limitations may apply at certain street area (e.g. 1-2 hour, 4 hour and 8 hour parking). Please do park on neighbouring properties or block the garage access.
The garage is accessible via the back of the building, the automatic controller will be left in the lockbox or on the kitchen bench.
