The house is located in the village of Puntaldia, 300 meters from the entrance of the homonymous Golf Club, surrounded by the greenery of the area, in one of the hamlets of San Teodoro, with a beautiful view of the sea. We are in northeast Sardinia, Gallura. From the entrance garden, with several private cars, you access the house, free on three sides and bordering on one with another home. Entering immediately we find the kitchen and dining room, sea view, complete with all the utensils for the home. From here we access a private veranda with a view of the sea. From the lounge you can go to the two bedrooms, one double and one double that can become double. The house has two full bathrooms next to the two bedrooms. All around the house we find a dirt garden, shared partly with the house side and partly self contained. The house has the veranda separate from the neighboring house to protect the privacy of the guests. From a nearby trail you can walk to a stretch of beach with bathing establishments, making a ten-minute walk. Or you can have access by car, entering the golf club and parking a few meters from the beach. We are in a very nice area, with many guest facilities, just 3 km from the resort of San Teodoro, which is full of services and attractions for tourists. Gallura is a special area with beautiful beaches and seas, here we are very close to the wonderful beach of Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi and La Cinta. A few miles from here we find dozens of beaches and bays now known in the world for their particularity. The Marina di Puntaldìa is located in the locality of the same name, in the municipality of San Teodoro. The beach is made up of a very fine light sand background with bright reflections. The small beach, located on the south side of the port of Puntaldìa, opens onto the panorama of the southern coast of Capo Coda Cavallo and the islands to the north. It is a site very popular with water sports enthusiasts, in fact, you can access the Diving Center, and there is also a golf course. Its name is, perhaps, derived from Punta Aldìa, which means sighting point. The beach of Marina di Puntaldìa is characterized by a shallow seabed that makes bathing and children's play easier. Rich in services, it has ample parking, hotel, camping, bar, refreshment points. You can rent beach umbrellas, deck chairs, patinas and boats. It is particularly popular with those who practice windsurfing.
