It also comes with an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a gravel and patio area to the rear of the cottage. A terrific property in a great location.

Enclosed gravelled and patio area to rear and front. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7 miles and pub 3 miles. Note: Due to location on sheep farm, dogs must be kept on a lead. Town: Bellingham is set alongside the River North Tyne and is said to be sited on a Roman Station. The market town offers a 12th century church, 30ft waterfall and is also on the edge of Northumberland National Park, with Hadrians Wall just a short drive away. Enjoy horse riding, wildlife, a round of golf and walking in the country.
