Kestrel is a stylish lodge based in Ashwater, Devon. All rooms are on the ground floor, with two bedrooms; one king-size and one twin, with a separate family shower room. The property boasts an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. Outside has an enclosed decking area with furniture. Off-road parking is available. Kestrel is an excellent cottage for friends and families.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking is available. Enclosed decking area with furniture. Shared use of heated indoor swimming pool, fishing lake, games room and children's play area. Shared dog walking field. Three well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.2 miles and pub 3.3 miles. Note: The property is very wheelchair friendly. Note: There is a lake at this property, children should be supervised. Note: Swimming pool is open approx from Easter school holidays until October half-term.
