The beautiful apartment is situated in an organic farm that boasts some of the most beautiful Marche countryside and wonderful views.
The property is surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, mulberry trees and oaks. The Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga, the Maiella and the Sibillini Mountains, together provide three thousand square kilometers of unspoiled nature and wildlife.
The apartment has two large bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom, two bathrooms one with a shower and the other with a small circular pool of 1. 40 in size and 60 cm in height. A kitchen with all the comforts (microwave, dishwasher, tea kettle, color TV), and a large room with elegantly furnished with antique elements. It also has an outdoor area where you can eat or simply relax.

The property is surrounded by vineyards, olives, mulberry trees and oaks. Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga, Maiella and the Sibillini Mountains, together providing three thousand sq km of uncontaminated countryside and wildlife. Views of the property take of these parks and the mountains of Abruzzo region, Marche region, Umbria region and Lazio.
HISTORY, CULTURE AND ARTS
We are in the true hearth of Italy. It is the cultural and historical cradle of our Italy.
Very close to the city and to the historical figures and legends: St. Francis of Assisi, the mythical Sibilla, Guerrin Meschino, painter Raphael and the medieval court of Urbino,, the poet Leopardi and his village of Recanati, Cecco d'Ascoli (the Ascoli's middle age magician), the Brigantage against the just born italian kingdom.
All around there are medieval small towns: Acquaviva (5km), Monteprandone (6km), Ripatransone, (8km), Offida (11km), Castignano (18km), Montalto Marche (25km) that in the past were very important with deep traditions and important history. In summer period each of them has medieval representation or jazz and opera evenings.
Ascoli (30km), Norcia (80km), Spoleto (120km), Perugia (170km), Urbino (190) are well known for their history and monuments.
FESTIVALS
All the year there are pagan and sacred festivals: the Offida Offida'carnival is the worst way of life for the cholesterol, the liver and the rationality; the sanctuaries of the mountains and the ancient christian rites purify the mind and the body; Spoleto and its Festival give moments of worldliness; Umbria Jazz (summer and winter editions) and Pescara Jazz have been and today too, they are among the best european jazz festivals.
SANDY BEACHES
The small town of San Benedetto del Tronto, with its long seafront and wide promenades lined with palm trees, and the smaller resort of Grottammare
Here you can enjoy the sea or relax at the beach, or relax at one of the many beach side chalets, where wonderful seafood can be washed down.
GOLF COURSES
There are three golf courses near your apartment:
Conero Golf Club, near Ancona is 80km far, 18 holes, very nice and close to the sea, technical golf course.
Miglianico Golf Club Near Pescara is 60km far, 18 holes.
The Lauri Golf Club is the nearest: it is a 9 holes small golf course, 20km far.
WINES
The Marche region produces very good wines but they are not internationally well known. The Verdicchio wine is one of the most known.
We are in the southern part of the Marche region. In our area there are very good and strong vines.
Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Pecorino, Passerina are vines by which it is possible to produce purity vine wine or blended vine wine.
In our area they produce the following wines: Rosso Piceno Superiore, Rosso Piceno, Offida Rosso, Offida Pecorino, Offida Passerina, Falerio.
It is possible to have more technical about our wines and wines in the Marche region.
