Our house is part of a small residence of 5 villas located in a flowery garden planted with trees. The well maintained residence is located in a very quiet neighborhood in proximity to the sea., mountains and maquis.
A swimming pool of 12 x 6 meters is available to residents.
The house is on one level. Its construction with 'cathedral ceiling' gives a sense of volume and space. It is air conditioned. It has a private garden of 120 m² planted with local shrubs.
It is fully equiped to accomodate 4 persons, or 2 adults and 3 children. A sofa in the living room can accomodate 2 more people.
Made of a living room with an open kiltchen and 2 large bedrooms , one with a 160 cm wide bed, and the other with two 80 cm beds and a and a pullout bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with a cupboard / wardrobe.
It has a partially sheltered terrace, with teck table and chairs, barbecue and deckchairs
