Property Description
This apartment is on the ground floor, set in a classic Hampstead Townhouse.
LIVING ROOM
On the left of the entrance hall, is the living area. With beautiful velvet sofas- one in blue, one in green- as well as a leather armchair. These surround the fireplace, with mirror above. There is a television in the corner, bookshelves, art on the walls and a velvet rug on the floor. This room also has French doors to the garden.
KITCHEN
Adjacent to the living room, is the kitchen. With cream fittings and blue splash-back, this kitchen is vibrant and appealing. There is a wooden kitchen island in the centre of the room, with barstools underneath. There is a fireplace which is used for storage and is an interesting feature of the room. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need during your stay.
GARDEN
The large garden has a paved patio area, with outdoor seating and BBQ. There is also a lawn, with trampoline and Wendy House- perfect for children to play in. At the end of the garden, is an outhouse studio room which provides one of the bedrooms.
BEDROOM IN GARDEN OUTHOUSE
Accessed through the garden, this outhouse includes a double bedroom to sleep 2 guests. There is also an en suite shower room, as well as a kettle and mini fridge, so you don’t need to travel to the main house for refreshments.
UTILITIES
There is a utilities cupboard with a combined washing machine and tumble dryer.
SECOND BEDROOM
This bedroom has a single bed which has another single bed underneath. This can be converted into a double bed if required. There is also a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bright pink rug, toys (as this is a child’s bedroom) and art on the walls. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom as well.
EN SUITE
There is an en suite shower room, with a basin, WC and shower.
WC
Opposite the entrance to the property, there is a small WC and basin for convenience.
MASTER BEDROOM
The bright master bedroom has a King sized bed, a large bay window with idyllic white shutters and a fuchsia pink ottoman at the end of the bed. There is also a chest of drawers, small dressing table, wardrobe, as well as artwork and mirrors hanging on the walls. A sheepskin rug lies on the wooden floors. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom.
EN SUITE
This en suite bathroom has monochrome tiles on the floor and includes a bath with overhead shower, WC and basin.
NURSERY
There is a small nursery room for a child of up to 4 years, with a cot bed and baby changing unit.
