The open plan living space is divided into the sitting area, kitchen and dining area. The sitting area has a sofa bed and an armchair around a wooden coffee table as well as a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with integrated Netflix, Free view and television catch-up channels. It is directly opposite the fully-equipped kitchen with its gas hob and extractor, oven, a large fridge/freezer and washing machine, among other kitchen specific features and utensils. The oval dining table extends from a four-seater to a six-seater and joins the space between the sitting area, kitchen and small balcony with its charming flowers and a table and chairs.
BEDROOM 1
The first bedroom is bright with a large window, a double bed with sliding storage underneath, a clothing rack and a study desk and chair.
BEDROOM 2
The second, slightly larger, bedroom follows a similar layout with a double bed and matching chest of drawers, a wardrobe, bookshelf and a study desk and chair.
BATHROOM
There is a shared bathroom with a large bath tub and shower overhead, a sink and toilet.
OUTDOOR:
There is a small balcony with a table and two chairs as well as some potted flowers suspended over the railings.
