This beach has recently been awarded the Q for Tourism Quality flag in the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The studio boasts functional decoration features and modern facilities, including high-speed Wi-Fi free of charge. The space is well-lit, comfortable and exquisitely designed. A place to rest and sleep well.
All the windows of the apartment overlook an internal patio, making the apartment quiet so you can rest undisturbed.
The studio location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, as it is at walking distance from anywhere in town. There are many different restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, shops, etc. in the surroundings.
Las Canteras beach is 3km long and can be enjoyed all year round. A natural barrier protects it from the tides, so the water is usually calm. It is a nature reserve full of marine life.
The beach is ideal for water sports, such as paddle surf and SUP, snorkelling, surf, windsurf and fishing. There are water sport schools that offer intensive courses.
Thanks to Gran Canaria’s wonderful climate, it is a very fertile land that produces plenty of delicious fruit and vegetables such as tropical fruit, oranges, bananas, apples, potatoes, olives, tomatoes and almonds (which are used to make a typical dessert, ‘bienmesabe’). There is also a wide range of fish. In Las Canteras there are many bars and restaurants where you can try these products.
