Relax in your villa with private garden in a very quiet area but also close to the beach and all services in the city center. Fantastic holidays await you!
The villa is well furnished with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, there is also a sofa bed in the living room, so you can enjoy with your family and friends (up to 5 people). We have a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. With parking space and private garden, just 600 meters from the beach.
Lignano is a summer tourist resort with several kilometers of golden sandy beach ideal for families or groups of friends. You can relax on the beach under the umbrella or practice sports like tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball and water sports like kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paragliding, water skiing and fishing. Enjoy all the services provided by the city as a prepared staff ready to assist tourists.
There will always be someone available if you need something and we are happy to give you advice on what to visit and do in Lignano.
Check in from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out until 09:00
Included in the price:

Not included in the price:
- Tourist tax of 0.75 cents per person per night. Children up to 2 years excluded. Period, from May to September.
- A security deposit of a minimum of € 100 to € 250 depending on the type of accommodation will be returned upon check-out if there is no damage.
Extras on request:
- Air conditioning 50 € per week
- Pets allowed for an extra € 50 per week
- Cot / crib for € 30 per week
- Small towel € 3 and large € 3.50 per stay
- Barbecue € 20 per week + € 50 security deposit
