Sunnybank is situated high on a hill within a 100 acre cattle grazing property. It is less than 15 minutes to Byron Bay and its majestic beaches and 5 minutes to the historic quaint federation township of Bangalow with its great cafes, homeware and clothes shops.
The cottage is approximately 90 years old, though also possesses all the modern comforts to enhance your stay. A feature is the magnificent pool and surrounds as well as the 4 metre wide north facing verandah which is a perfect place to spend an entire afternoon with a book on the daybed or hammock.
Beautifully situated cottage in the Byron hinterlands that is surrounded by peace and tranquility.
Sunybank is the perfect place to rejuvenate as the natural surrounds of the Byron hinterland work their magic. Enjoy the rolling green hills, the sub-tropical rain forests and secluded waterfalls that this special part of the world has to offer.
After a morning at one of the beaches in Byron Bay escape the hustle and bustle of the town and return to the peace of Sunnybank.
Sunnybank is an oasis to escape from the grind of everyday life. Enjoy the peaceful surrounds of the Byron hinterland whilst cooking a BBQ on the verandah and watching the kids play in the pool.
There is also a self contained Dairy with a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and living room that sleeps 3 people which is 100 meters from the main house. This is a perfect for another family or guest to stay. It's an additional $200 per night to stay in the dairy.
Please note strictly no functions/weddings to be held on the property.
