Villa - Set at the end of a small traditional Portuguese village with magnificent panoramic views of the countryside and coast, this villa is the perfect location for anyone who wants to get away but also within easy reach of the fun and buzz of the Algarve. This spacious villa offers serenity, privacy and all the comfort you would expect from a deluxe build. Villa Paraiso is tastefully decorated with modern, comfortable furniture that suits its style and image. It is fitted to the highest standard, a treat for anyone who wants all the nicest mod-cons to hand. The villa is 15 minutes from blue flag beaches and about 45 minutes from Faro Airport. Walk onto the large sun terrace (with 'Oz Sail' shade to get away from the heat) and gorgeous 12m x 6m pool and you will instantly relax. Adjacent to the pool is an enclosed shower, brick built BBQ, gas cooker and sink, covered seating area and plenty of outdoor furniture for all to relax and get away from it
Air-Conditioning is available in all of the bedrooms, costs £80/wk and is automatically charged when you book the villa.
Pool Heating - If you require Pool Heating (£120/wk) please contact us once you have booked the villa.
The whole house has underfloor heating throughout and in the lounge is a log burner to warm you in those winter evenings after playing golf. In the winter months, underfloor heating (£80/wk) is available if required.
The villa includes a full sized table tennis table, table football, PlayStation 1 and DVD Player to entertain the children and adults alike!
Outside Terrace & Pool - Walk out of the villa onto the large sun terrace, covered terrace (with 'Oz Sail' shade to get away from the heat) and gorgeous, heated 12m x 6m pool.
Adjacent to the pool is an enclosed shower to wash and cool off. For those balmy summer evenings, a brick built BBQ, separate gas cooker, and hot and cold running water is next to the pergola and eating area. The sun terrace has more than enough outdoor furniture and beds for all to enjoy the Portuguese sun to the fullest. Pool towels supplied. The whole terrace and pool area is fully enclosed with gates and balustrading to ensure the little ones don't go astray.
Garden - We have a large, purpose built garden with seating/eating terrace covered with an Oz Shade, Boules area and artificial grass. The whole area is fenced off.
Golf: The Algarve has the best climate in Europe and it has some of the best golf courses. The Eastern Algarve has now started to tap into the golf market and has created some fabulous courses, such as the Jack Nicklaus designed Monte –Rei Golf Club, just 5 minutes from the villa. Within 20 mins of the villa are the following courses: Monte Rei Golf Club (5 minutes). Castro Marim Golf Club (20 minutes). Benamor Golf Club (20 minutes). Quinta de Ria Golf Club (15 minutes). Quinta de Cima Golf Club (15 minutes).

Nature.: The villa itself is on the edge of a large nature reserve, which has designated nature trails and bird watching facilities. Many visitors to the area also come for the scenery, walking and bird spotting.
